Our History
The Who, What and Why

Think Spring Advisors was founded in 2009 by two management graduates, Kavitha Gorapalli and Sravanya Nannapaneni, from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. We wanted to start an enterprise that capitalized on our professional work experience with some of the best firms in the USA and the knowledge we gained at the ISB.

When we began to research specific service opportunities, we realized that there was a huge need for management consulting services in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment. This was typically a segment that was overlooked by larger consulting firms. Some SMEs had engaged either a large consulting firm or a freelance consultant but were not satisfied with the quality of service, speed of service or the final deliverables.

The manufacturing sector especially consists of several regional or national players, resulting in fragmented market share, lower productivity and lower profitability. Updated management practices, process streamlining, building long-term corporate strategy, financial restructuring, strategic partnerships or acquisitions are just some of the ways in which these SMEs could become more competitive in the national and global marketplace. Many SMEs lacked the knowledge, internal resources or willingness to make these changes. It became apparent to us that we had the professional skills to fill a real need - to help SMEs achieve their full potential.

At Think Spring Advisors, we believe that with our professional consulting and industry experience working in Fortune 100 firms in the USA and our MBAs from the Indian School of Business, we can provide these management tools to SME entrepreneurs and help them achieve their true potential. We can also tap into our vast alumni, advisor and professional networks to help our clients find collaborators and cross-industry solutions.
