I have been running my company for 20 years. You have less experience in my industry. How can you
possibly give me better advice?As consultants, we bring objectivity and cross-industry expertise to the table. You are so close to the day-to-day working of your company that you may lose sight of the bigger picture. We are able to bring in new ideas and new ways of competing that your competitors may not be aware of. We bring to the table, new methodologies and processes that you may not have been exposed to but have been proven to be successful in other industries or business. For example, in a previous project for a Pharmaceutical client we were able to use ideas from a client engagement in a different industry. This is based on cumulative knowledge that we have gained from our past successes. At the same time, we can also point to you what will not work so that your valuable resources are not wasted on implementing an ineffective solution.

How are you different from all the other consulting companies out there?We don’t believe in a 'one size fits all' approach. We are intently focused on growth strategies for SMEs; an under-served market that we believe has enormous potential. We are outward focused, analyzing your competition and market factors. We also focus inwards on Human Capital strategies. Both these elements are critical for the strategic long term growth of a successful company.

How do you typically charge for your assignments?Our pricing structure depends on the scope of work and length of duration of the engagement which we finalize on after having a detailed discussion with the client. Depending on the type of assignment and what type of fee structure the client is comfortable with, we follow either a fixed fee structure or fees based on daily billing rate for the number of days worked. For ongoing continuous engagements that take place over an extended period of time we operate on the retainer fee model.

Can you help with project execution for proposed strategies?As your partners, we are interested in seeing your company succeed. We understand that a strategic plan is only as good as the execution, so we are happy to stay on and help your management team with the execution of the proposed strategy. Many a time clients have asked us to stay on to help oversee the execution of a project to a certain stage. Depending on your need, we are open to extending the engagement and work closely with your senior staff and team to successfully see the project through execution.
